		<description><![CDATA[So my mother, who use to own a coffee shop in Washington and loves food, is now in an assisted living situation. She had mentioned that the food was terrible. I thought, as well as getting her a small refrigerator, it would be nice to send her some Maryland Crab Cakes as she originally is from Maryland. Over the phone we discussed what we might do and, because the place she use to get food from had closed, we decided to look up on the Internet a few businesses that prepare meals.
